Our experience with John Cotten was wonderful. His expertise and confidence has been the keys of his success in helping us. We were so lucky to have found John when we were at wits end in selling a rental property in Houston.

We had used two different previous realtors who were unsuccessful. We asked everyone we knew to help us find a special realtor. And relief came when we got John Cotten’s name. From the first contact, we felt that John would sell our house. We closed the next month. Yet at one point in the process, there was one difficult point on which neither party was willing to compromise. John worked so skillfully to find the solution and the deal was done.

We had some beach property near Galveston and again John came through quickly and successfully to a closing.

We still own a rental property and John had found a wonderful tenant. When we are ready to sell this residence, we look forward to having John’s immense talents help again.
