John Cotten helped me with the sale of my fathers property. I was the executor of his estate and had to deal with the beneficiaries of the sale of the house. John always gave sound advice, answered all calls and emails in a very timely manner. He also took care of bee removal that was inside a wall (50 lbs of honeycomb) by contacting the service provider.
